2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Unopened products must be sealed and in resalable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2.2 Opened Products
If you have opened and used the product but are not satisfied, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. In this case:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- At least 50% of the product must remain unused
- The product container must be returned with the remaining contents
- A restocking fee of 15% may be applied
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products that have been completely consumed
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepare the Package: Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the package
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Customer Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4.2 Our Error
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the return.
4.3 Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify it meets the return eligibility requirements. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
5.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days

8. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed for shipping.
8.2 After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait to receive the product and then follow our return process.
9. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable
- Returns must be shipped via a trackable international shipping method
- Processing time may be longer due to international shipping
10. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). This is in addition to the 30-day return period we offer.

If we provide a shipping or delivery estimate, it is an estimate only unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.
